Implement auto rotate on all screens

Fix the layout on all fragments to where auto-rotate will not wreck the application when someone rotates the screen on their phone.

app/src/main/AndroidManifest.xml

This file should be modified to start.

Then modify the following layouts to include landscape and a tablet version. Bible Reader, Search Screen, Notes Screen(Notes compose activity and notes list), Help page. Search and Bible reader results.
