Footer in small screens #272

Coco got started on the footer with all the components. What needs to be done is a bit of styling for smaller screens. The screenshot below shows how the current footer looks like in smaller screens.

We need to fix the spacing so it matches the Figma design.

I'm leaving this ticket for any remaining styling.
