Support other files for attachments (PDF, videos etc) #301

Currently we have supported images (jpg, png) but we should support more file types TBD (gif, pdf, csv, movie etc). We need to:

define a list of filetypes we support
get some demo files and add them to our test data
write some tests to ensure we can upload all the different supported file types

This would be worth breaking out into other issues, such as: support uploading PDF.
