[FEATURE REQUEST] Add an easy "Contact us" feature to the app #74

Victoria raised the point that our users are all anonymous, and we have no way of reaching them. It behooves us therefore to make it as easy as possible for our users to contact us. Most of our users (after early adopters) are not likely to be GitHub or even very Web savvy.

I don't know if we can make a phone-friendly "mailto" link --- perhaps so. But I trust @K42IE to know better than I how to implement this.
