I didn't change the samples.

Hi I've changed the library to .NET Standard 2.0 (instead of .NET Core 3.1), the unit test project to .NET Core 3.1 (as you did), see https://github.com/gost/sensorthings-net-sdk/commit/2ec019d4b885735f1636c30a069d2c98ab521153

The unit tests should also run on Linux now.

I shall take a look at the other PR later today.
