Implemented SensorThingsEntityHandler
SensorThingsClient is now just a simple facade using the entity handler
Removed mapping at EntityTypeExtensions because the Client already knows then to use plural form or not
Minor refactoring on Http

Alot of code was redundand and was therefore removed.

Looks like ConsoleSampleApplication is broken? client.CreateObservation is called.
