Conjmix cs frontend and plotting functionality for CSs #7

Depends on #6.

This adds some frontend functionality to the conjugate mixture CSs (Hoeffding and empirical Bernstein) for bounded random variables.

Also, adds some functions for comparing confidence sequences via plots.

This depends on #6 being merged first.
