update dependencies #81

It's impossible now to use gotgt as a library due to a sirupsen/logrus first letter case mismatch. This PR updates all dependencies to latest including logrus.

I updated go versions on travis because the previous ones are not supported anymore by Go community. Also, I haven't upgraded ceph because the new version is not compiled for some reason.
