v0.3.8 was a bad release #43

v0.3.9 will fix the following validation issues with the pluginMarker POM:

Project name missing
Project description missing
Project URL missing
License information missing
SCM URL missing
Developer information missing

Due to the above POM issues, note that gradle-gosu-plugin:0.3.8 will not be available on maven central.
