Update the README.md to explain how to avoid issues. #43

After working in a project, we find issues and how to avoid them here. Here's a edit of the README.md with the solutions we find.

Releasy in a development group in the Gemfile.
The Rakefile include just needed gems.
Avoid including bundler on production.

The example of the Rakefile is edit with those solutions with the ruby coloration added.

@Swatto, the maintainer of this library(@Spooner ) tends to disappear for long periods of time.. there's probably nothing wrong w/ the pull request. I'll see if I can get commit access next time I see him on IRC.
