Textarea and Select not working #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change select or textarea
2. Navigate away
3. Confirmation is not show

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest release on Mac

Please provide any additional information below.
In below patch there is one issue.

If you modify textarea and hit back button, confirmation is not shown.
