GOALS

GLOBAL GOALS:
- Every person will understand the full direction of Phase 2 of the Sagebrush Conservation Design, Timelines, Responsibilities, and Deliverables.
- Each person will understand how their work in the sub-groups aligns with the larger unified vision.
- Each person will have had input into the final direction on how we will package and unify all sub-group work. This will include the scientific outlets and submission dates.
  - SUB-GROUP GOALS:
- Each group will leave with a fully flushed out outline of the sub-group paper that will form the foundation of the scientific paper(s)
- Each group will understand the GIS deliverable(s)
- Each group will have a Gant diagram built in excel of when specific steps will be completed. This will be the road map that we all agree to hold to so we finish phase 2 on time.

Manuscript target (e.g., Rangeland...) Bring together a couple sentence "pitch" to provide a short and To do:

[ ] Sub-group to outline sub-group paper
[ ] Define GIS deliverables
[ ] Gantt diagram with dates, goals, etc.
