Add my own project: https://github.com/desbma/gotify-desktop

Its similar in purpose to gotify-dunst, but I think has a few advantages:

catch up missed messages when reconnecting after network is lost
respect XDG standards for config & cache location
does not require notify-send, or even Python
lighter, faster, and more reliable
