Does this configuration look reasonable

this will allow to either choose gradients or plume specification of internal gradients - but not both

if 'int_press_mode' is set to 'plume' there is no option to have 'none' in the plume section - what should the default be - surface or bottom?

I've updated the plume branch and also added a working gotm.yaml in the plume case folder - so please try it out
