Remove Callisto Indicator Icon when application is inactive #43

The Callisto Moon icon pops up when you start a stream which is great, however it seems that the only way that the indicator disappears is on the event of menu -> close. It would be nice if the icon would disappear on the event of the stream stopping in any fashion. (stop button, connection timeout, task manager force close, etc)

There is a "Stop" menu option available in most of the screens. And there is no way, AFAIK, to detect a task manager force close, it just terminates the process.

The reason I kept the notification up even when it's paused is because I personally tend to hate apps that go away as soon as you pause for a few seconds, forcing you to dive back in and find it again. (This argument would be more compelling if there were controls on Callisto's notification.)

If you would like I can add a menu option to have the icon disappear whenever paused.

Ok so I now made it an option to "Hide notification when paused." That option is turned off by default because of the (lame) reason I mentioned in the above comment, and because hopefully someday, there will be controls in the notification which will be handy for when it is paused.
