Can only add one type of any episode to a playlist. #52

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Add the audio/video show to the playlist for streaming.
  2. Try to add the other audio/video version of the same episode.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Both are added. Instead, only the first is added, despite the interface saying that the second one was also added to the queue.

What version of Callisto are you using? What device? What version of Android? Callisto 0.8, Google Nexus 7 FHD, Android 4.3
