What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create network in FANNtool on linux
2. use network in FANNtool on windows
3.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FANNtool 1.1, ubuntu 11.10 x64, windows 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
when i try to use trained file .net in windows wersion, FANNtool falls down

As I expected it was line ending issue and can be solved with this little 
program: http://www.efgh.com/software/unix2dos.htm

When you train and save network in linux and want to use it in windows you will 
have to convert line endings. The utility above can help, but beware it leaves 
no backup of original file so if you will want to use it in linux and windows 
you should create backup first.
