Cannot add books to existing Library

Add a book to an existing serie.

Scan for new files.

New book should be added..

Nothing happening. No errors in logs...

First of all, thank you for this amazing project !

All was working perfectly....

CONTEXT:

On the Windows machine, i changed the hard drive and change partition from NTFS to Exfat, then restore book folder.

PROBLEM: The behaviour is very strange:

if i add a book to an existing folder => nothing happens when i launch a scan, no errors in the logs (i put the log i have from starting Komga to the first librarie scan). It does not depend on the folder, i tested, i have this problem with all folders.. https://uptobox.com/si6pdzz388ek
if i create a new folder and add a book in it => it works, but every book i will add later won't be added...
in the log where this line is written "Scanned xxx series, xxx books, and 0 sidecars in xxxms", i can see that the new book is there...but no creation after that...

Ubuntu user can modify/write/delete on the CIFS share without errors...

I don't know what to do since i'm not seeing an error in logs ?

I saw issue https://github.com/gotson/komga/issues/1145 but I don't think it's the same problem. (i already tried to delete artemis folder)
