So you are missing just a few images? Can you think of anything that these
images have in common? Sometimes Phoshare runs into problems like this if you
changed your iPhoto preferences to not copy images into the library. In that
case, the iPhoto library has just an alias instead of the actual image file,
and Phoshare sometimes fails to resolve the alias. Did you ever set that
preference to not copy images? And could you paste this command into a Terminal
window and send me the output?
ls -l "/Volumes/Hydra/Photo/iPhoto Library/Previews/2010/11/06/20101106-141355/DSC_0264.JPG"
Thanks

Can you see something what would be the problem based on the error message file

Well, iPhoto writes a path to a non-existing file into the iPhoto library. Can
you find this image in iPhoto? Searching for "DSC_0264" might work. Two
questions:
- if you open the image, does it show in iPhoto? I mean not just as a
thumbnail, but the full size image. If the preview image is really missing, it
wouldn't show here either.
- if you select "Show in Finder", does it match up exactly with the path
"/Volumes/Hydra/Photo/iPhoto
Library/Previews/2010/11/06/20101106-141355/DSC_0264.JPG"? I wonder if there is
an issue of lower case vs. upper case (e.g. DSC_0264.jpg vs. DSC_0264.JPG).
The next step depends on the answers to these questions.

Phoshare does not make up the image path names, but reads them straight out of
the file AlbumData.xml in your iPhoto library folder. You can check yourself by
opening that file and searching for the string "IMG_0595.jpg". It appears that
file is either out of date, or you have a corrupted database.
The image should be in the Previews folder if you have made any edits to it.
Did you by any chance edit or use "Revert to Original" on these pictures? Also,
can you open that image in iPhoto?

I solved opening up the iPhoto folder and creating what it was asking for
placing a random picture in it. :D
