What does "Invoke phoshare with the -u option to update this item" mean?

I'm getting it on all photos

The "-u" command line option is the same as "Overwrite changed pictures" 
setting in the UI. You have a couple of pictures that were exported previously, 
but have since been changed in iPhoto. Phoshare will not overwrite previously 
exported pictures unless you select "Overwrite changed pictures".
