Stuck on 'Did not find any comments in the iPhoto database' #48

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I previously used duplicate annihilator which cleared all comments
2. Install phoshare
3. install exiftool

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
'Did not find any comments in the iPhoto database', Dry Run and Export both
greyed out

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Running phoshare 1.5 on Mac OS X 10.5.8 with iPhoto 8.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.

This happens if none of your images have a description. The quick workaround is
to add a description to one of your images.

I've added this check because some versions of iPhoto sometimes shared a
library with some images and all descriptions missing. I believe this has been
fixed in one of the recent updates, so I should probably remove this check.

Adding a comment to one image fixed it, worked perfectly after that. Thanks!
