Make more intuitive the management of background color #197

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1 Notes , properties, BG colour,select colour, press OK
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No  Change, note remains white

What version are you using? On what operating system?
1.78 on Win XP Pro

Please provide any additional information below.
Original notes from ver 1.6.5 maintain their original colour but even 
these can not be changed with the newer versions of Keynote

I admit that it is not very intuitive the behaviour of backgroud color (many 
times I
can not remember how to change the background color of a node...), but it is 
the same
that it was present in KeyNote 1.6.5
I think that the difference you observe between version comes from the actual
configuration you probably have in KeyNote NF: note that there is an option 
called
"Inherit BG color from active node" (Tools -> Configuration Options -> General
settings -> Tree panel)
If you have checked that option the color you select from Notes -> Properties 
is the
default color for the note, BUT doesn't apply to the editor associated to that
particular node.
With that option set, the only way to set the background color associated to 
that
node is to use: Format -> Background color (CTR-D)

I will change the meaning of the issue to the following: make more intuitive the
management of background color, ¿ok?
