Installation problem #3

Should it work on ubuntu desktop or not because I tried it but I get error at installation it says command not found Lin 7-9 when I run sudo sh install/brew_install.sh and when I run sudo sh install/install.sh the error 1-27 cpan5: not found

i was dump i forgot to install brew because it Is not standard in any computer system I not even snowed perl! sorry
