This is the 1st major feature in the TODO list:

Explicit Amount Transaction

This feature development task could follow the following steps:

[x] Refactoring the Transaction and Output
[x] Removing range proof (bulletproof)
[x ] Refactoring related test codes
[x] Launch some manual tests
[x] Rework a Testnet genesis block
[x] Related wallet refactoring and tests
