Difficult to identify files failing coverage when colors are stripped #830
The HTML and text reporters are great for running locally, but the text reporter should better indicate which lines failed coverage. It will show the failing file in red, but sometimes I'm looking at text only output with the colors stripped and I can't easily tell which files failed.
