Reload udev rules without rebooting #55

It's often necessary to reload the udev rules in order to correctly apply and detect the new rules.

(Or rebooting the pc, what I don't want)

I also added dirt 4 to the list of games. With dirt 2 you mean dirt rally 2, I suppose?

@gotzl You did mean dirt rally 2, right? Or do you mean Colin McRae: dirt 2? I will fix that in another pr.

Ty, I've just fixed it with some other pending changes I wanted to make in the readme
