Forums and Topics Notice not Display #2

I know its a long while ago this extension got updated and maybe outdated for most of the users, but for me its a still working major keystone for our board.

But I have a problem now that if I select forum or topic to be browsed by users, the messages should appear. But it seems this feature wasn't never working or some updates broke it. Things with dates working fine, but notices only appear while on index pages only and nowhere else.

I know there might be never a fix for this but I just wanted to report this in hope somebody might read and pick up things for making a new things out of this master piece of extension.

As you can see I haven't touched this code for ages. I'm not even sure I can remember how it works 🤣

I still have a board using it though so I'll have a look if that still works on it. I can't promise I'll have time to fix it though 😞
