Regression run results are continually appended #11

This is a bug that's already in legacy: The specifications from a first run
are kept in the 2nd run even though the 2nd run specifications changed. For
instance, if one selects the variance-covariance option in the first run
and then deselects it in the 2nd run, it's still reported in the 2nd run.
Right now, the only way to clear the memory of prior runs is to shut down
the program and open it again.

The above description isn't quite correct.  What's really happening is that the 
regression results are continually appended and there's no way to clear out the 
previous results.
