General: Auto-detect variables of integer type and with non-duplicated IDs #21

When data is loaded from the DBF file, a flag should be added to denote
which variables have all unique values of integer type.  Then, when a user
has to select a variable in a dialog where only integer types with unique
values are allowable, only valid variables choices will be displayed and
the others will be grayed out.
