Removed verticle gold boundary lines so that data lines are not obscured.  
Could not reproduce problem where outliers display off the end off the map 
completely.

Finally found an example that illustrates this bug ;)
It pertains to the standardized version of the PCP.

We decided to move this issue to after 1.0 since it is all that common to have 
data points greater than 5 sd from the mean.
