Clicking on a search result shows a weird screen

After I search for a name, and click on a search result, the search result 
screen is shown behind the details screen. It affects the readability. 

Phone brand (eg. Samsung Galaxy S4): Nexus 5

Android SDK (eg. 4.4.2): 4.4.4

Ready version (eg. build 14) - you can check the build version by swiping
right on the main screen from the left edge of the screen:

Not an issue for me, using Samsun S4, with SlimKat AOKP 4.4.2, Ready version 21

Sorry, the issue presents when after doing the search, I click on one of the 
contacts, then the screen shows the list of contacts searched, and above it the 
contact I clicked on.

I am not able to reproduce it in build number 23.
