12 hour time format (like 12:59PM -> 1:00PM) #124

Currently time can only be displayed imprecisely or in 24 hour format, AKA 
military time. Most British and American users are quite unfamiliar with this 
format and would be much more comfortable with a "standard" 12 hour format.

Can be set on the Settings screen in the latest version.
