Need same UI for outgoing calls #42

when dialing a contact, it goes to the stock UI. Please keep the same "ready" 
UI for that screen

For now we have no plan to change the outgoing call screen. There are some 
functionality on this screen (eg. the dialer buttons, mute / unmute, etc.) that 
we not sure if we can override.
