Optionally sync column ordering from dbt to Metabase
Strict checking for mismatch between columns in dbt and Metabase (partial ordering returns 500 error)
Fix inconsistencies between dbt and Metabase fixtures for tests (staging columns missing from schema)
Fixes #73
