AI is trying to play Flametongue Kavu all the time with no other creatures in the opponent's battlefield

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Create deck with Flametongue Kavu
2. Unlock Evil Twin mode
3. Try to play against yourself

Actual result:
- AI is trying to play Flametongue Kavu all the time with no other creatures in 
the opponent's battlefield. As expected he deals 4 damage to Flametongue Kavu.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected result:
AI won't play Flametongue Kavu unless opponent will have a creature on the 
battlefield

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Issue was reproduced on Android 4.1.2(Samsung Galaxy S I9000) with latest wagic 
version 0.18.6

Mana Cost:3+Red
Types:Creature — Kavu
Card Text: When Flametongue Kavu enters the battlefield, it deals 4 damage to 
target creature.
