No Tutorial on Getting Started?!? #115

It seems like most of the articles I've found on ELMAH are written by 
people who somehow already knew how to use it.  Can anyone point to a 
tutorial or quick start guide?   I don't need to know all the history of 
HTTP, or why the sky is blue.  I just want an authoratitive-
sounding "here's how you do it".  The article by Scott Hanselman is hardly 
a tutorial, it's just a "here's what I do because I already know how to 
use it."   It's pretty bad there is not even a help file in the 
downloads.  And it's a little embarassing to show this to my manager, when 
he asks "Well where is the documentation?" and I have to say "Well, there 
really is no documentation, it's open source!"    

We're also considering using an ELMAH replacement called SmartInspect, 
which is not free, but at least it doesn't leave you out in the cold.  It 
has nice tutorials, etc.
