Make it possible to keep parameter names. #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
<Module file="$(InPath)\Release\project.dll">
    <SkipNamespace name="SomeNamespace" />
</Module>

2. Parameter names gets obfuscated.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version.

Please provide any additional information below.

Well, can't check in since I am not a project member but here is a
diff that fix this issue (at least how I would like it to be).

This has been fixed.
If a type is being kept then the parameter names are no longer obfuscated.
