Update instructions with name of file and line to replace
Use Configure::consume('Error') instead of configuration array
Add ->register() to the end otherwise nothing happens

Hey @jadb, no worries.

I had considered this with the link which is why it was pinned it to a particular commit. This does mean that over time you end up linking to an older file though.

Anyway, I've removed the link in favor of having the line to replace instead. This should work better for people viewing README.md from their editor too.

You're right about the commit id, I should have noticed that - sunday morning drowsiness ;)
