mysql download link is broken #14

None of the mysql download link is working including "http://ghtorrent.org/downloads/mysql.latest.tar.gz"

This is temporary as the move to the cloud is being worked on. I have temporarily replaced the downloads link with the Azure storage container containing all downloads.
