Flexible megamenu #99

PR for #98

It is based off the branch #89 as it is building on top of changes in that PR.

For consistent approach each main menu template has its own block and menu suggestion. These suggestions are limiting the template only to certain regions – this is useful to prevent placing megamenu in unsutable regions.

DS styling classes were used where appropriate.

We have had a discussion about the default menu behavior and what should happen if the menu is placed outside the navigation region. And although it is not 100% bulletproof it seem that the side-nav style is better. All megamenu options are active only if the menu is in the navigation region.
