As a user I want the fonts that the UI toolkit uses so that it looks nice.

Acceptance criteria:

[ ] The fonts listed in the UI toolkit are available
- 'Open Sans'
- A monospace one if possible

There is no monospace font to include. They appear to be selected based on what coverage operating systems provide.

Open Sans has been included since it is easily available from Google Fonts, gives a consistent font and size and was easy to implement.
