[GOVCMS-7383] Updated permission key. #187

Currently using permission label, not the key.

@stooit @steveworley the permission key seems to have changed at some point; I set up a local site, enabled the module_permissions module and 2 perms got added to the role: administer managed modules and administer managed modules permissions; updated the audit accordingly.
