Updated messaging to ensure consistency across the design system assets, using copy from the design system download page.

have we omitted 'ecosystem and can only be installed through the npm command.' because this is misleading? It's true that npm components can only be installed via npm command?

I agree with the more comprehensive doco below

Yes, this is omitted. Whilst it's true the components can only be installed by npm, furnace allows the components to be pulled down in HTML ready to go without having to go through npm first, although npm is used ultimately in the backend.

Manually moved the readme change directly into master as the check in had other changes I didn't want applied and since updated by other PR's.
