Editorial QA - content strategy template (the template asset file) #752

Applied editorial changes + rationalised asset files so there is a single 'content strategy template.pptx' file once again.

Hi Anneke, I noticed you deleted the "Content production template (DOCX, 20KB)". This is causing the link at /content-strategy/manage-content-requests/create-content/content-production-template/ to break. Can we restore this file, or remove the link?

Oh darn it!! Definitely didn't mean to do that: yes we'll need to restore the file. Are you happy to do that?

Or I can try and work it out once I'm in.
