British or American English? #324

The age-old question about British or American English :) I'll approve this, but I think we should document in our style guide which one we are going for so that we can be consistent over time. Or do you believe this could vary by country and that Belgium rather use American spelling?

I think we should do a combination of these. First, if a country has a preference, then we should use that. And if not, I suggest we default to British English, but if someone has a good argument for American, I am easily convinced. And then we should document this in appropriate places.

A little bit, yes, but I think this is particularly needed for all the text that we don't get from Wikidata. Issue 27 mostly focuses on the values we retrieve. (There is also a larger question about making the entire site translateable, but one small step at the time. )

How do our current spellcheck work in relation to this @Ainali ?

I am not entirely sure, and on the train, but think it is set on en-us.
