Currently we display full URLs when listing social media accounts, considering our wireframes so far we intend to display only the username which works well for many services, but for some like Youtube we only got the human-unreadable identifier which looks rather confusing. Properties that are human human-readable should have a statement indicating this using "has quality".
One option is to always make sure common platforms with human-unreadable identifiers got a "named as" qualifier this however would involve a lot of data/bot work.
Getting Borkedbot to add named as is perhaps possible (if that data is easily available). The user running it has been receptive to other suggestions recently.
