Instance data not saved into database for invocation observations #14

Steinar: After updating the testdata generator with data in the instanceId
object, the result was in fact written to the database.
After doing the same for testTransportDEataGenerator (Usage) an
integrationtest showed successful mapping and the instanceId was still
written to the DB.

I've added loggin in the collector application to detect when a resourceURI
aka instanceId is received from the agent.
