New York Data seems to high #373

The hourly data seems to be reporting 2,386,987 having received first dose, but the state dashboard only says 2,173,322.

February 25 NY Doses_admin number looks artificially high. The timeseries data shows 6808410.0 but the NY state tracker shows 3,907,040 and the CDC is showing ~3.8M (might be a couple of days old). https://covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov/covid-19-vaccine-tracker
