All the comments with 🎉 reactions are now in this spreadsheet.

Although GovEx lists State Decoded as a standard, it explicitly disclaims "Note that this is not an effort to create a standard interchange or storage format for legal codes."
OpenCorporates and OpenAddressesUK are schemas that are not explicitly shared for reuse, so I'm not counting them as standards.
Legal XML is a working group responsible for several standards, mainly Akoma Ntoso.
