Post tags/categories links overlap on wrap #35

The post categories/tags overlap when they wrap on the page.

Also, the more I see these, the more I think they should be below the comments section. Visually, they're distracting from the author bio and comments section, but I think still good to have somewhere on the page.

Fixed the margin issue.

Displaying after comments would present additional UI challenges. Post can have comments turned off. Author box doesn't display if author information isn't set. I think an alternative way might be to only display all the tags/categories if there are less than 3. If more, we could display a "show tags" buttons that would reveal off them.

How does that sound?
